Product Return Policy
We offer a guarantee on all our products so you have the chance to try them out. We understand with curly hair, it’s often so hard to know if a product will work until you’ve used it a few times. Therefore, we accept returns within 60 days and product bottles just have be at least half full. We’d also really appreciate your feedback so we can support your curls in the best possible way. This will also help us make better recommendations in the future.
Please have hair detangled, fully dry, worn down (no buns/braids/ponytails/etc) and in your natural curl state for all appointments. A small amount of product is okay. If curls are not prepped properly, you may be asked to reschedule and will be charged for the service.
Our top priority is your satisfaction. If you are ever displeased with a service we’ve provided, please let us know within two weeks. We’d love to have the opportunity to make it right!

In the event you are no longer to keep your appointment, kindly let us know within 24 hours.
Any no call/no shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, to be paid at the next visit.
After one no show, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All fees must paid in full before booking next service.
If you are running late, please let us know prior to your appointment time. We cannot guarantee that we will still be able to honor your appointment if you are late.
If we do not hear from your before your appointment time, you will be considered a no show.
We appreciate your consideration for our other clients wanting appointments as well as for our Curl Specialist’s time and livelihood.
Changed your mind about what service you’d like? No problem! Please let us know prior to your appointment if you wish to adjust the service you’d like to receive. For example, if you are scheduled for a cut and a color but would like to skip the color portion, give us a heads up so we can accommodate another client during that time.
Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to half of the refused service’s fee.
While we love kids, the salon is not a safe place for play as there are many sharp objects and chemicals and is intended to be a place of relaxation. Any children brought as guests must be able to sit quietly and independently without any need for supervision. If your child is disruptive, you may be asked to reschedule or modify the appointment and will still be responsible for the full cost of the service.
Color Services for Minors
We do not provide color services to those under 16 due to the higher likelihood of allergic reactions. A parent/guardian must be present for the entirety of the service for a minor.
While we do accept checks as a method of payment, please note that we only do so for purchases under $200. For any purchases over $200, please pay with cash or card.
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and can be redeemed for services and/or products. They are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
Weather Related Closures
In the case of inclement weather, we will automatically close if Franklin county reaches a Level 2 Snow Emergency. If you feel unsafe driving in any conditions, please let us know.
